My Approach
We all suffer on this journey as humans. Life's challenges can result in feeling overwhelmed, anxious, lonely or stuck.
I work with issues relating to depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, addiction, racial heritage, identity, gender, low self- esteem and relationships. I am passionate about equality and diversity and have experiences working cross-culturally. I am committed to anti-oppressive practice and look forward to meeting you as who you are, where you are now. I aim to co-create a supportive and healing environment with you, supporting you to process your past trauma, to interconnect your body and mind, and to find the sense of peace and wholeness in life.
Gestalt therapy emphasises the creative and experimental. Beyond talking therapy, I encourage you to be in charge of your own growth and development, and provide a space for innovative experiences, such as art, movement or other non-verbal expressions.
